Return Eligibility

We accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

• Returned with all original tags attached

Return Shipping Fees

• Refunds will be subject to a $7.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Exchanges qualify for a free return shipping label.

• Store credit returns qualify for a free return shipping label.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@belmilane.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return label if your return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed. Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method after approval.
